Shipping:
Most items will be shipped Fed Ex. Free Shipping is only valid for addresses within the continental US (Lower 48 States).  Shipping charges for other destinations are as follows:

• HI, AK - $120.00
• Canada - $150.00 which includes shipping, border fee, sales & import taxes.
  

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is processed. Tracking number will be sent to customer email the day after product ships. Shipping time to customers is estimated at 6-9 business days.

Prepaid Orders:
You may either use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit card.

Returns:
No returns accepted  on any scratch and dent item.  They are sold on an "as is" basis with a one year factory warranty. without prior approval. Item must be in new/unsed condition. A restocking fee will be charged. No returns accepted on special order items.

Refunds:
Absolutely no refunds unless authorized by a factory representative

Damage Claims:
Any damage or loss of package must be notified within 3 business days. Please contact Raptor Series immediately if you received package with shipping damage.
