I recently purchased a set of Raptor Series 5 inch Tread Steps for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I could not have asked for a better experience with Raptor Series. Luke the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful with this process. I received my order within a few days, the packaging was great I had no damage or missing parts. I installed these myself in less than two hours and they look great. I can't speak to the longevity of these borads, however if my experience so far is any indication I beleive they will hold up over time. I went to the Raptor authorized dealer to purchase and install this product. The specification says fits 2005 to 2020 Tacomas. Well, it was a false advertising. It does match the wholes but not a length of the brackets. As the result the board is sitting too close and too high to the body and some part of the board went under the truck . Maybe about 3.5" left of a step surface. The honest manufactures listed their products separate from 2005 up to 2016/18 and 2019/2020. Another thing the back of the shoe cutches in the small gap between truck body and the board on exit (because the board are partially under the truck body. Should be sticking out like on the picture). This is a very hazardous.I cant't even return because the dealer install fee. Very disappointed.BTW Tacoma 2020 has 9.4" ground clearans vs 8.6" standard on most middle-class trucks. And wider body. So the brackets should be at leas 2-3" longer.Looks really great but useless.
